• No family members will be allowed to stay in the headquarters or around the judging line area.

• Family members and/or guests can be given a quick tour of the ramp and/or headquarters by a pilot or volunteer they are related to. However, they must return to the airport viewing area by the airport clubhouse after the tour.

  • Will be served for Pilots and Volunteers only at the headquarters.

  • Please make sure to fill out your custom subway forms by Saturday Noon as this will be your lunch for Sunday.

• Dinner

  • We will be having our annual BBQ and Pool Party for all Pilots and Volunteers at 1900 local time. The address for this event will be sent in the Whatsapp groupchat.
